Payments
We accept payments via major card providers and supported third-party processors. Card transactions are handled by secure, PCI-compliant providers; Molimoya does not store full card details.
Billing & Invoicing
For each purchase you will receive an order confirmation by email. For business purchases, invoices can be requested by contacting billing support. Charges appear on your statement with a recognizable descriptor.
Refunds & Returns
Refund eligibility depends on the product type. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted unless required by law. Physical goods follow the refund and returns policy described at checkout.
Shipping & Fulfilment
Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. We partner with trusted carriers and provide tracking where available. Shipping may be delayed by customs or force majeure events.
Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Subscription terms (billing interval, renewal, cancellation) will be clearly presented before purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your account settings or by contacting support.
